Our property team works with your enableMe coach to understand your financial position and your financial goals, and then find investment opportunities that work for your unique situation, so you’ll be able to afford to hold through a property cycle. We coach you through the entire process from go to whoa and assemble the team of professionals you’ll need to ensure it’s straightforward, seamless and successful.

enableme Property is a property coaching service exclusively for enableMe clients, that works with a select group of real estate agents, vendors, builders and developers to find and analyse, good quality investment properties as investment opportunities.

We only work with clients of enableMe Financial Personal Trainers because enableMe ensures your personal finances are in great shape, so you’re perfectly positioned to take advantage of the wealth creation opportunity property can provide.

The enableMe Property process

We are your single point of contact throughout the entire journey, which works like this

We start with a planning session to discuss your situation and options

We provide a personalised Property Investment report & help you select the property that meets your investment criteria.

We coach and support you through the purchase and due diligence process

We provide regular construction updates with our unique software (if under construction)

We introduce you to the required professionals - accountant, insurance adviser and property manager etc

We arrange pre-settlement inspections with building inspectors and valuers

 

Why Property?

How do I get started with enableMe Property?

enableMe property only works with enableMe clients – if you’re already on an enableMe programme, click the ‘request a call back’ button below and one of our team will be in touch. If you’re not yet an enableMe client, click the ‘book a consultation’ button below to secure your meeting with an enableMe Financial Personal Trainer.

Why do you only work with enableMe clients?

The better your personal financial situation is, the more you can ‘de-risk’ your property investment strategy, giving you a greater chance of being able to sell your property when the time is right to maximise returns. Any investment strategy should take your personal financial situation and goals into account – and enableMe’s Financial Personal Trainers are the pros at getting you in the best possible financial position.

What does it cost to work with enableMe Property?

For enableMe clients who are on a comprehensive Get Ambitious programme, working with the enableMe Property team is free, as it’s included in the price of the membership. enableMe clients on other programmes can upgrade to enableMe Property’s coaching and support services.

What’s included in the enableMe Property service?

enableMe Property offers a comprehensive, end-to-end service. We establish your investment criteria, find an investment property that fits that criteria, facilitate site visits, introduce you to the professionals you’ll need through the journey, support you through signing the sale and purchase agreement and undertaking due diligence, you’ll get access to our app which will update you throughout the process of your property being built, and we’ll assist you through the settlement process, including securing tenants. We’re your single point of contact through the whole journey, answering your questions and advocating on your behalf to make the process seamless.

Where and what do you suggest your clients invest in?

enableMe Property advocates for new build investment properties in the Golden Triangle of Auckland, Hamilton and Tauranga, where population and economic growth forecasts are strong. We believe in buying new for several reasons, including that new builds require a smaller deposit, new properties fulfil all Healthy Homes requirements and repairs and maintenance costs are minimised.
