The enableMe employee benefits programme provides employees with access to a Free Financial ‘smarts’ Seminar held at your place of business and a  Financial Consultation.  The package covers the first two steps of the enableMe programme for all staff for a 3-month period. Financial ‘smarts’ Seminar

The first step in the enableMe program is the Introductory Seminar. In this seminar we start with the fundamentals. We dispel financial myths and "get real" about money. We teach the principles of managing money, managing bank accounts and managing your debt. It is a seminar of theory and case studies. Follow the seminar each employee would have an opportunity to attend  a Financial Consultation.
 

Financial Consultation

The Financial Consultation is a one-on-one meeting with one of our qualified Consultants. This is where your situation is discussed in detail so that we understand your spending habits and how this has contributed to where you are financially.

The objective of this meeting is to illustrate how enableMe can help you achieve your financial goals, whatever they may be.

The Financial Consultation includes:

• Detailed spending analysis
• Review your spending patterns and psychology of spending
• Assess your risk position
• Quantify the real cost of your home loan (if you have one)
• Explain the Opportunity Cost of your Spending
• Tax minimisation strategies (if applicable)
• How to save the size of your home loan in interest costs
   

Ongoing Relationship with your Business

Our enableMe Relationship Manager will work alongside your Human Resources Department and/or Management team to update them with any new service offerings.  For organisations that have an annual intake of staff, we are able to tailor our seminar to them, so they also gain from the employee benefit programme.
